As part of Distinguished Leadership Practice (DLP) training, I reviewed the last Teacher Working Conditions Survey to target standard 2.1g. I examined the positive & challenging factors, effects it had on the school and steps to move forward.

I was able to work with the administration team to lead the SIP/Leadership team through a retreat over the summer. We discussed data, theme for the year, mission and vision, and steps to move forward for the upcoming year.

I attend all of the Leadership/SIP Team meetings as a member of the administration team. We held a leadership retreat over the summer to analyze data and determine the focus for the upcoming school year. Then, at the start of the year we worked with the team to revise the School Improvement Plan for the 2015-2016 school year. Also, we determined the theme of "Reinvent Yourself" for this school year. We all worked to reinvent ourselves daily and as school leaders to promote and embrace this with staff.
